Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

  • All Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees or if in need of a shipping label a fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items and (30% or More Discounts) along with gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@indysolcollective.com to start your return. If approved, we’ll send you:

  • If in need of a return shipping label-a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • You can choose to receive your refund via original payment method or as store credit for future purchases.

  • Refunds to your original payment method are issued within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card to process it.

  • Store credit will be issued immediately once your return is approved and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
