Shipping policy

IndySol Collective is an online boutique based in Minnesota. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing times may be extended during high-volume launches, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: timelines vary and are shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. IndySol Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

IndySol Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
